We stand behind the quality of our work and believe that you will love all of our pieces.  However, if you are unsatisfied within the first 30 days of recieving your product, we would be happy to issue a refund once the item has been returned to us.  Return shipping will be paid by the customer.

Because all of our items are handmade and handpainted, it may take a few days after your order to make the product and make sure it is up to our high standards.  Once the piece is ready, it will immediately be shipped to you and you will be notified it is on the way.  We try to ship all products within a week of the order, but some custom projects may take longer depending upon their complexity.
